To begin with- what does that even look like? what does that even mean???!
Well, living a full life, is when I have a lifestyle that:
✅Motivates me to keep progressing,
✅Allows me personal space to grow and
✅Keeps me active & positive through
✅Healthy nourishment of my mind + body + soul!
This does seem like a highly ambitious expectation from an. . . . animal.
Especially considering that
(I’m sure) you’re thinking… “Is Vrushali talking about the same dog here ????!” 👇
🔥A dog that needs training
🔥A dog who accidentally-on-purpose grabs food from the kitchen counter
🔥A dog who pees on the bed (sometimes)
🔥A dog that snapped at my uncle/ aunt/ child/ friend/ ……
Well, Yes! Yes💯 I AM!
Unknowingly or Knowingly, every person has⤵️
Habits that get in the way of living a full life. And (AHEM) family dogs Know this!!

I can share my personal experience
For me, the rewards of learning with Blossom and Marshal (my dogs) feel So Good!
🔥When I feel stress rising, it’s time to brush my dog’s fur and talk nonsense to her.
- 10 minutes of this and you know what happens right?
- As a dog parent, you’ve experienced the relaxed feeling!
🔥When I am confused about all the items on my calendar today, it’s time
to metaphorically ‘roll around in the grass’ clear my head and prioritise.
- My day suddenly feels much brighter and lighter!
🔥And that day when my idea is claimed as someone’s own… ooooo that stings.
- Makes me wanna ‘chew’ on someone’s shoes.
- Now who do I know of; who does that?!!
The loving works both ways. My dogs also reciprocate my care and thoughtfulness!
